Meet Angela

Angela energetically pursues her passion for coaching and developing leaders, teams and high-performance cultures to transform organizations and create breakthrough results. Angela’s approach focuses on creating extraordinary commitment to powerful change. Clients describe Angela as having high emotional intelligence and have suggested her “superpower” is the ability to build trust and rapport very quickly. This allows clients to embrace the process and rapidly move to focusing on solutions, which accelerates progress for the client in achieving the change and results they seek.

Angela has held and served in various strategic and leadership roles working for iconic brands such as Harley-Davidson and founded Evolutio LLC in 2019. She is experienced in coaching and leading change at all levels in organizations. Angela has led enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at accelerating cultural transformations; a highlight was the Trust and Engagement initiative across the global supply chain and engineering organizations.

Angela is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation and also holds certifications in Hogan Leadership Forecast Series, LEAD NOW!, Teaming for Success, Organizational Development, Change Management, Project Management, and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
