EXECUTIVE COACHING

Unlock the full potential of standout leaders within your organization through our specialized executive and leadership coaching services, tailored for senior leaders and executives.

At Evolutio LLC, we collaborate with high-performing leaders to illuminate blind spots that may be hindering their progress in current positions, or that should be overcome before being elevated into positions of greater scope and responsibility.

Our approach involves a deep exploration to identify mindset barriers and beliefs that impact performance. Every conversation is conducted with the utmost confidentiality, creating a safe space for leaders to reflect without judgment.

Are you or leaders in your organization grappling with challenges such as responding emotionally in stressful situations, avoiding difficult conversations, or holding back in meetings?  Perhaps there’s a need to communicate more confidently, prioritize effectively, or elevate executive presence.

If so, our executive coaching is a transformative game changer.

Recognizing that coaching is a strategic investment, we actively involve sponsors through the beginning, middle, and end of the coaching relationship to ensure alignment and provide frequent feedback.

Our coaching contracts are designed for a minimum of six months, with bi-monthly sessions lasting 60 minutes each. In between sessions, actionable items are diligently worked on to facilitate continuous growth and development.

Partner with us to empower your leaders to overcome challenges and thrive in their roles.

ASSESSMENTS

Assessments can be conducted at an individual or team level and are used to gain greater understanding of strengths and opportunities for improvement, as well as how an individual’s temperament influences their personal and professional relationships.

MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR (MBTI)

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is one of the world’s most popular personality tools.  With more than 70 years of science-based, research-based insight, the MBTI assessment is a robust tool for self-awareness and improvement and provides positive language for understanding and valuing individual differences.  The MBTI assessment has helped thousands of organizations and millions of people around the world improve how they communicate, learn, and work together.

Through a series of questions, the MBTI assessment helps you identify your natural preferences in four areas of personality:

  • How do you direct and receive energy – by focusing on the outside world, interacting with people and taking action, or by focusing on your inner world and reflecting on ideas, memories, and experiences?
  • How do you take in information – by focusing on what you perceive using your five senses or by seeing the big picture and looking for relationships and patterns?
  • How do you decide and come to conclusions – by logically analyzing the situation or by considering what’s important to the people involved?
  • How do you approach the outside world – in a planned, orderly way or a more flexible, spontaneous way?

Your natural preferences in these four areas sort you into one of 16 distinct MBTI personality types.  Understanding these types gives you objective insight that you can use to enhance your professional and personal relationships, as well as your direction, focus, and choices.

Evolutio LLC is a woman-owned business and is certified in administering the MBTI.

THOMAS-KILMANN INSTRUMENT (TKI)

The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI assessment) is the world’s best-selling conflict management tool because it helps trainers, managers, and other professionals conduct productive one-on-one and group discussions about conflict.  The instrument helps people understand how using different conflict management styles affects interpersonal and group dynamics, empowering them to choose the best approach for any situation.

The TKI assessment supports:

  • Team building – helps members work together more effectively
  • Leadership development – enhances leaders’ conflict management skills and ability to reconcile differences
  • Performance improvement – eliminates barriers to success in the workplace
  • Stress reduction – gives employees the capacity and tools to remove a common cause of work-related stress
  • Retention – employee morale and success improve through learning how to address conflict effectively

The TKI assessment only takes 20 minutes to complete and can be administered alongside the MBTI assessment for deeper insights into personality and conflict management.  The TKI assessment provides insight into themselves and others and can be used inside and outside the workplace.

SOCIAL STYLES INVENTORY

What if your company could learn a skill that will reduce disruptive conflict, miscommunication, and slow decisions?  The Social Styles Assessment helps managers communicate with and respond to different styles, increasing their versatility to work together for top performance.  Consider the communication challenges faced by a non-versatile manager who has a different social style than three-fourths of her employees.  These kinds of misalignments create the potential for friction, misunderstanding, and lowered productivity.

When you find it easy to communicate and work with someone, there’s a high probability you share the same social style. When your communication is difficult, it is often because of unrecognized social style differences.  Versatility comes with the recognition that people do have different styles and that each has unique strengths.  Once people know their own style and understand style differences, they can learn how to modify behaviors to make it easier to exchange information and work together to make decisions in a way that is more effective for the whole team.

By equipping your employees and leaders, in all functions, with versatility skills it enables them to address complex challenges, reduce tension and conflict, and build more collaborative relationships throughout the organization.  Without communication obstacles, individuals, teams, and work groups can elevate their performance significantly.

  • Determine Your Social Style – are you a Driver, an Analytical, an Amiable or an Expressive? What behaviors give you the clues?  What strengths and limitations come with each style?
  • Better understand the differences in people’s styles and approaches to work
  • Be able to identify different social styles in others
  • Develop the skill of flexibility and adaptability of style
  • Understand how different styles react under pressure and tension
  • Create a Social Style Action Plan

HOGAN ASSESSMENT

The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series is a powerful assessment to raise your self-awareness. You will receive a total of three reports. One report will highlight your personal values, the type of organizational culture you will thrive in, and the type of culture you are likely to create as a leader. Another report highlights your personal strengths and your reputation regarding how you contribute to your professional environment. The final report highlights the derailers you may demonstrate during times of stress or when overusing your strengths.

TEAM BUILDING

Interactive sessions designed to maximize trust, alignment, communication, and productive conflict within the team. Outcomes include breaking through plateaus, driving change, and achieving the next level of performance.
FIVE DYSFUNCTIONS OF A TEAM

This interactive workshop is based on the New York Times Best-Seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, by Patrick Lencioni. It includes a Team Assessment Report and dynamic exercises which will help identify the team’s unique strengths and opportunities for improvement.

This session is designed to improve productivity and cohesiveness for all teams and will focus on making significant progress in each of the five fundamentals: trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results.

G.R.P.I.

GRPI stands for Goals, Roles, Processes and Interpersonal Relationships which are the four critical and interrelated aspects of teamwork.  The GRPI model helps establish trust, open communication and feedback, and increases productivity and efficiency within teams.  It encourages creative and diverse contributions from all members and discourages groupthink.

The GRPI model is also very effective for team projects. It should be used while developing a new team and planning the first steps or should be used if an established team’s results begin to decline.

TUCKMAN’S TEAM DEVELOPMENT MODEL

It is common for new teams to have challenges with their performance when they begin working together.  Forming a team takes time, and members often go through recognizable stages as they change from being a collection of individuals to a united group with common goals.  Bruce Tuckman’s Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing model describes these stages.  When you understand it, you can help your new team become effective more quickly.

First you identify the stage of development your team is at. Then, you use strategies that move your team to the next stage in the team formation process until you reach the Performing stage and your team begins consistently performing at a higher level.

TEAM TUNE UP
This session focuses on aligning the team on the most important and impactful problem they can work together to solve during the time allotted. After the team is aligned on which problem they want to focus on, they determine the desired future state and discuss the gaps between current and future state. Action items and accountability are assigned, and everyone leaves with a clear picture of who is responsible for the next steps and how they are going to attack the problem as a team.

CUSTOM-DESIGNED FACILITATION SESSIONS

Facilitation Sessions are designed based on the leader’s needs.  The most common formats include New Leader Assimilation, Goal Setting, and Strategic Planning.

CUSTOM-DESIGNED FACILITATION SESSIONS

At Evolutio LLC we also offer custom-designed facilitation sessions in the Corporate setting.  Whether your organization is scheduling a department off-site or blocking off a few hours on-site to focus on strategic planning, goal setting, or team building, we design and facilitate the discussion to ensure the time is used as productively as possible.  When using an outside facilitator, this gives the leader the opportunity to fully engage and brainstorm with his or her team at a deeper level.

These are just a few of the benefits of using an outside facilitator:

  • A facilitator is a neutral party who is not a stakeholder in the outcome of the decision, so they are able to calmly lead the discussion and not get emotionally involved in the decision.
  • A facilitator uses tools to help the group move forward but makes no decisions for the group, so the leader maintains full autonomy.
  • The facilitator keeps the group focused on the agenda, the intended outcomes and manages the time frame available.

NEW LEADER ASSIMILATION

New Leader Assimilation is designed to introduce and integrate a leader into the culture and relationships of their new team.  Ideal timing is 1-4 weeks after the manager has joined the organization or transitioned into his or her new role, however benefits can still be seen when conducting this process within the first 3 months of the leader getting onboarded.

The New Leader Assimilation process facilitates the rapid development of a working relationship between an executive and his/her direct reports, and reduces the fears and anxieties produced by a new relationship. Additionally it accelerates the development of mutual trust.  It is a customized one-day program designed to provide a forum for a new manager and his/her team to develop an early understanding of respective operating styles, communication patterns and business priorities so they can quickly work together to effectively address critical business needs and issues.

This program is equally effective for internal managers taking over a new team or assignment, or with managers coming in from the outside.

Has your organization experienced any recent leadership changes?  Contact us today to learn how we can tailor the New Leader Assimilation for your organization.

GOAL SETTING
This session is tailored according to the dynamics of the team and the desired outcomes of the leader. This is an interactive session that focuses on clarity and alignment on the most critical goals for the organization, and collaborative problem-solving to mitigate risks and overcome threats.
